When are Credits charged?
Media services reserve Credits on submission and capture them once after staff approval. Each service’s confirmation screen explains its payment terms. Your order records charges, releases and refunds.
Does my news publish automatically?
No. Content receives human review before source publication. Staff records each actual media or social placement separately.
Is paid distribution earned coverage?
Paid placement and syndication are distribution services. They do not imply journalist endorsement, guaranteed indexing, rankings or AI recommendations.
How can I add Credits?
Request payment instructions from staff. No funds are added by submitting a request; staff verifies actual payment first.
What does the free audit include?
It checks at most five public pages and supplies evidence-based findings. It does not change your website or grant management access.
Can I start AI monitoring now?
Join the Beta to register your interest. The enquiry does not run monitoring or charge Credits. Staff will discuss availability before any future purchase.
- Media distribution: submission reserves the displayed Credits for content review. Staff approval captures that reservation once. Rejection or cancellation before approval releases it.
- Social publishing services: your explicit purchase deducts Credits once. Staff approval does not charge again. Rejected content receives one full service-credit refund. An eligible account is matched privately to the selected audience tier. Publication is guaranteed after staff approves the content under the selected service terms. Arrangement takes 1–3 business days; actual post links are reported within 7 calendar days after publication. X includes Facebook, Facebook includes X, and other non-video services include X and Facebook; video services include no bonus channels and require staff review of the supplied material.
- Website fix packages: a confirmed quote reserves Credits. Credits are captured only after a complete, verified download is delivered; generation failure releases the reservation. Installation is separate and requires the website administrator’s permission.
- AI visibility: Join the Beta is a noncharging enquiry. It creates no monitoring order, reservation or charge.
Publication timing and included channels follow the confirmed order. Staff records real article or post links. Scheduled items are not completed placements.
Guarantees apply only to services expressly marked as guaranteed. Distribution does not guarantee indexing, rankings, AI citations, audience reach or independent editorial endorsement.
