Information used to handle your request

Account details, company information and service records operate your workspace. Customer-owned orders and reports are accessible to that customer and authorized staff. Private supplier and account details are not part of the public catalogue.

An enquiry stores your email, message, optional details and request reference in the English platform’s staff inbox. Details are used to handle the request and service follow-up, not automatic marketing. Enquiry contact details are anonymized after 90 days; service records follow their operational requirements.

English and Chinese accounts, wallets and transactions are separate. A public language link transfers neither login nor personal records.
