Credit releases and refunds

Rejection or cancellation before media approval releases the applicable reservation. A release makes reserved Credits available; it is not another top-up.

An expressly prepaid service follows its confirmed refund terms. Rejected content receives the applicable service-credit refund once; approval does not deduct prepaid Credits again.

Failed fix-package generation releases the hold. Verified download delivery captures the confirmed price. Installation is separate.

Staff reviews failed, delayed or disputed placements against the order terms. Pending items are not reported as successful. A credit refund and a refund of an external cash payment are separate actions. Contact staff with your order reference.
